If you or a loved one needs hospice care, please contact a Medicare-certified hospice directly. Vetted Care is not yet accepting patients and cannot provide clinical care, accept referrals for clinical care, or arrange admissions.

Vetted Care welcomes inquiries from referring professionals, community partners, contracting officers, and veterans or family members curious about the developing program. This is a business line, not a clinical intake line, and is staffed during normal business hours.
When to contact Vetted Care
- You are a federal or state contracting officer interested in the SDVOSB hospice prime structure
- You are a referring professional interested in the planned veteran-focused program
- You are a community partner (VSO, VFW, DAV, AAA, etc.) interested in collaborating
- You are a veteran or family member who wants to be notified when the program launches
- You are a media or research inquiry
When NOT to contact Vetted Care
- You need hospice care for yourself or a loved one — call Lily Hospice at (248) 955-5100 or another Medicare-certified hospice instead
- You have urgent clinical questions — call Lily Hospice or your existing clinical team
- You need to make a clinical referral — route directly to a Medicare-certified hospice
